Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CaseX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

CaseX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Platform Description

CaseX is a gaming platform where users can participate in various activities to earn CX tokens. The platform includes features such as mining, opening cases, and referral programs.

IMPORTANT: CaseX is NOT an investment platform. We do NOT promise or guarantee any financial returns. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes.

The primary goal of CaseX is to build a community around the CX token and work towards listing it on cryptocurrency exchanges. When the CX token is listed, users will be able to trade their accumulated tokens on exchanges.

No Investment Promises

We want to be absolutely clear: CaseX does NOT promise that you will make money.

The CX token currently has no guaranteed value. Any potential future value depends entirely on market conditions after listing.

Users who accumulate more CX tokens through gameplay will have more tokens available for trading when listing occurs. However, this does not guarantee profit.

You should never spend more money on the platform than you can afford to lose. Treat any purchases as entertainment expenses, not investments.

User Eligibility

  • • You must be at least 18 years old to use CaseX.
  • • You must have a valid Telegram account.
  • • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CaseX complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Account Responsibilities

  • • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
  • • You must not share your account or create multiple accounts.
  • • Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
  • • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

In-Platform Transactions

  • • All purchases made on the platform are for in-game items and CX tokens.
  • • Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • • The platform uses TON cryptocurrency for transactions. Users are responsible for understanding how cryptocurrency transactions work.

Withdrawals

  • • Withdrawals are processed through FaucetPay and are subject to verification.
  • • The platform reserves the right to review and verify withdrawal requests.
  • • Withdrawal limits may apply based on platform rules.
  • • Processing times may vary depending on volume and verification requirements.

CX Token and Future Listing

CX is an in-platform token that users earn through various activities.

The platform's goal is to list the CX token on cryptocurrency exchanges. However, there is no guarantee of when or if this will happen.

Upon listing, CX token holders will be able to trade their tokens. The market will determine the token's value.

Users with more CX tokens will have more tokens to trade, but this does not guarantee any specific financial outcome.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
  • • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • • Harass other users
  • • Attempt to manipulate the platform or its systems

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code on CaseX are owned by the platform.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • • CaseX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  • • We are not responsible for any losses incurred while using the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the platform in the past 12 months.

Risk Acknowledgment

By using CaseX, you acknowledge that:

  • • This is NOT an investment platform
  • • There are NO guaranteed returns
  • • The CX token has no guaranteed value
  • • You may lose any money you spend on the platform
  • • Future token listing is not guaranteed
  • • You are participating for entertainment purposes
